Default DLink Adapter Won't Work

Hi. I get this error message that comes up whenever I log onto my user name on XP.

http://img413.imageshack.us/img413/9099/erroronetn2.png

I don't think google even knows what this dll is. I am not using SP3, because I have an AMD processor and the SP3 doesnt work on AMD processors. I also get this:

AirGCFG.exe - Entry Point Not Found. The
procedure enry point apsGetInterfaceCount could not be located in the
dynamic link library wlanapi.dll.

Again, I am not using SP3. I can't. I'm using SP2, windows XP. The problem here is that my USB Adapter, Dlink, connects to my network, but doesnt load the internet. I think I get Timeout Errors.

Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks id appreciate it.

System restore has never worked for me in the last 12 tries for some reason.

also... chkdsk? why would I need that? I am not checking any disks unless you mean the C Drive.

wtf.. thats very weird. Apparently ZoneAlarm was doing something that freezes my entire internet. It doesnt have anything activated on it to prevent internet access. It just is...
