DLINK 604 Router Assistance Please

I havce a DLINK 604 router with 4 computers connected to it. Is there a way to block out computers that is connected to the router from access? If it is possible would it be possible for you to list out the steps of how i can do this?

What do you mean, when you say access? Do ya mean access to the internet, or access to the router?
