Default display help!

hey guys, i recently was on steam and i went into half life 2 deathmatch, i set the video settings and accidentally, set it to 16:10 and now my TV display isnt showing up (umsupported signal) so i tried to get out of the game, but now when i restart my computer it goes unsupported, how do i fix this? or set the video settings to default (right now i have it on s-video, before it was on VGA)
