Default Discovered source of battlefield 2142 problem, can you help me solve it?

Ok, about a month ago I posted a thread about scrambled menus in battlefield 2142. Well, I know what is causing them. The Nvidia driver for vista. Because without the driver the menus were fine, but gameplay was choppy. With the drivers, hte menus are messed up but gameplay works, just with no crosshairs. So is there anyway to solve this problem? The drivers are made for Vista RC2 and I have RC1, I dont know if that makes a difference or not.

Oh forgot to add, that when I install the patch 1.06 it crashes. I will try patches 1.10 and 1.05 later.

Well i would say that ya need RC2 if thats what the drivers are for. It would say RC1 aswell if they were compatable.
