Default Disabling Automatic Grouping in Windows XP

You know when you have too many windows of the same program open in Windows XP and then they group together? It's really annoying. Anyone know of any way to disable that?

right click the taskbar and click properties then when that loads up untick group similar tasks

really bugs me too
