I'm pretty sure those are all DX9 games anyway.

I am sorry to tell you but, DX10 is a Vista program only. You can't get it for XP, sorry.

...We need DirectX 10 for XP. I’ve heard rumors… Rumors that Microsoft will eventually release DirectX 10 for XP. Perhaps these rumors are a response to the Rumors that there are cracked versions of DirectX 10 that will work with XP, or that there are some programs in development that will allow gamers to play DirectX 10 games in XP…

Direct X 10 is available for XP anyway, but you won't get the extra's given by Vista.

It shouldn't say it's running in Software mode though. It should be Hardware mode, Vista or not.

Delete that driver, check for virus's/trogans (some of those have it I believe), and re-install Direct X 10 from the Direct X website

From what I have heard it is possible to install DX10 on xp with some sort of hack but it won't work properly, I might be completely wrong though :P. Anyway its bad for me becuase I have Vista but only have a DX9 card.

Yea, you can install the hacked DX10, but you still wont see any of the pretty eye candy it offers on Vista. It's pretty much just allows you to play DX10 only games on XP.
