Default Dilemma: What was the culprit?

Hey, I have a little question. I had a new mobo and CPU, and occassionally my screen would go black. I put in my other mobo/cpu, and the problem is fixed. And it sucks, because I changed from AMD to Intel, so i couldnt do one component at a time. So my question is, out of the CPU and mobo, which one most likely caused the black screen (I need to figure out the most likely one to RMA, so I dont waste shipping money) Any suggestions? And be serious in the poll, i need to figure out which one to send back.

Thanks,
Derek

Yeah motherboard, maybe a bad PCI-e/AGP slot...replace the mobo would be best.
