What's the difference between these two graphic cards?

the top one is a tx and the bottom one is a bx. whatever that means. i think one of them is better. i tink the bx. someone correct me if im wrong.

I knew the TX and BX difference, but what are the technical differences.

i think the tx is only the card with no features and the bx is with warranty and all that.

One is retail and the other is OEM.
