Whenever I log into the internet my dail up speed is usually between 40,000 to 46,000 bps. The past couple of days I'm only getting barely 19,000 bps. What's up with that?

Make sure you dont have viruses and spyware infecting your computer. If you can order a SP2 cd from Windows they are free.!

Yeah airox is right, make sure you dont have virus/spyware...
Download and run Ad-aware
And also run a virus scan...You might wanna run disk cleanup, and scandisk as well..
