Desktop Setting Problem

Tried using Spybot but it didn't work. I also looked for the the potential files that were described, but nothing.

Thanks for all your help Ronco Rox. I did exactly what you said, however it didn't locate anything while in safe mode; I had to run spybot in normal mode and it worked. Thanks again.
