Desktop recommendation

hello,

I am thinking of getting a desktop to have it turned on forever for radio broadcast program to stream continuously... Do you have any recommendations for a desktop around the price range of £300-£400 which has a big hard drive and is very quite ???

probably built... because i am thinking if I build it myself it will not be so quiet .... !

please note QUIET is the key word .. since my room is very small and I want to be able to sleep at night.... in the summer it can also get very hot in my room...

remember i am not going to use this for gaming and it doesn't have to be lighting fast...

if you want it to be super quiet, you'd probably be better off building the computer yourself. just hafta look for a quiet psu/nice fans.
for the hardware.. i'd get
amd 3700+
skt939 motherboard
7300gt
2x512 mb ram
hdd is up to you
450watt psu
it's a really basic pc since you claim to not be a very big gamer.

try to go with either an Acer or an eMachines in my opinion.

go to there websites and putts around to see what you can find.

Dell is the quietest PreMade brand I have heard of.. Or not heard of. Haha, ya stupid I know
