Default Dell Precision 390 Problem

*Sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forum*

Hi, a message appears on the screen when I boot up my pc, the message says:

' R520 GL P/N 113-A52018-100 BIOS 1.29V 600e/650m '

I have no idea what this means, but I cannot get to the log-in screen or do anything.

I was getting rid of some dust from my graphics card fan, when I plugged everything back in, this message appeared.

What can I do?

Sound like you have faulty memory. Check that they are fully seated,
