Dell Power Supply

I have to change a power supply for my organisation. It's a full size ATX mobo for the Dell Optiplex 745 but should I not get an exact replacement will any other power supply for full size towers work.

I'm about to send out quotations to suppliers and don't want to be rip off or be embarrassed by my seniors....

so please let me know

as long as it's not the slim model you SHOULD be able to put any ATX powersupply but thats a big SHOULD since it is a dell
