Dell Optiplex Sound Problem

Hello yet again guys! So, I recently reset my Dell Optiplex GX620 with Windows XP Rpo, and now the intergated audio isnt working. The audio chipset is Intel 82801GB ICH7 - AC'97 Audio Controller [A-1]
Now, i went to the website and downloaded the drivers and everything, but since this stupid PC is a DELL, it wont work unless i download it from DELL. But guess what? Dell no longer supports that driver!!! Hos do i get this to work? do i need to just get a new sound card or can it be fixed?

Also did you try Windows Update? Sometimes the drivers are there.

yea that was the first place i went, and that driver is not working either. Ii ended up buying a 5 dollar sound card till i get a better one. Thanks though
