Default Dell doesnt provide drivers for my printer... Any other options?

Dell...

I have a photo printer 720, and about 6 months ago I installed it fine with x64 drivers, now they dont have vista x64 drivers anymore. Any other way to install my printer? I really do need to be able to print sometimes.

Look for the drivers using the service tag numbers. Small white sticker on the back with a string of letters and numbers.

Have you tried letting Windows install it's own built in drivers? I find some printer models actually recommend installing Windows drivers than direct manufacturer drivers, ie, HP.

Had a similar problem with my old Epson printer. Epson didn't want to support x64, so I was basically up the creek without a paddle. Ended up having to buy a new printer.

Well I installed x32 bit drivers and it works fine. I guess I just needed to restart my computer before it sensed the printer...
