Dell C521 BSoD Help

[NEED WOW NOW]

My friend that has been in the market for a new computer has a BSoD problem. He had 3 Computers, one was screwed and has a Orange light when you hit the start up button. The other one turns of but doesn't get to the log on screen. It hits a BSoD before it gets anywhere near the log on screen. Safe mode doesn't work.
The BSoD error is: 0x0000008E

I did a little bit of research and found it might be a Ram problem. What other things can I do to fix the computer. He has no idea where the operating system CD is so he's screwed that way. I created a memory testing Boot CD. What else can I do in this situation.

The one with the orange light is most likely MOBO problem. Try switching out some RAM. Run with 1 good stick and see what happens.
