Default Dell 6820 or D860 memory upgrade?

Hi Guys,
Apologies if I've posted this in the wrong section of the site. Have Dell ever brought out a Latitude version '6820' or is the correct name 'D820' I've done a search via google and the only edition i've come back with is a D820,

Either way, the question I actually wanted to ask was, can this particular system's memory be upgraded to cope with the demands of Windows 7, and does anyone know the maximum memory this system can hold.

Thanks in advance for any help.

From Memory windows 7 supports up to 147GB of Ram, and yes upgrading RAM does significantly boost performance.

This laptop Dell D820 has a Max Memory of 4GB with a Max of 2GB Per Slot.

Windows 7 runs well on 3GB - 4GB. and is run'able on 1Gb - 2Gb.
But i advise 2Gb or more.
