Dell 6400, Laptop Battery. I need help

Hey, my Dell 6400 laptop battery is calling it quits, it only worked for about 18 months...which is terrible in my opinion. I looked on the Dell website to see what kind of deals I could get on the new battery, Dell wants like 140$ for the same battery and the ratings on it are terrible. Does anyone know where I can get a good deal on a Dell 6400 laptop battery that is in good price range and lasts longer than the one I have now? you may be able to find an aftermarket battery on a site like newegg or tigerdirect... In my opinion, though, aftermarket products specifically battery's aren't as good as the products designed by the manufacturer...

try searching for the laptop on those websites, then looking for accessories.
