It's the power supply that comes with the case, not the case it's self. It won't work because the graphics card is going to need more wattage than 350 as higher end cards demand more watts. It may only need 400watts, but I couldn't find the specs of the card you picked out, so I'd say to be safe, get at least a 450watt power supply. You can still get that case, just get another power supply and trade them out, then you can sell the 350w power supply if you have no other need for it.

The processor is retial dont need to worry about the CPU fan. Motherboard has built in sound so sound card isnt necessary if your on budget, I dont have a sound card I dont feel the need for one. Get an extra gig of RAM instead of the video card.

Yeah Also this card is so much better.
You might need a stronger Power supply tho.

see if dell still offers xp pro if your gonna play games vista is not good IMO
most places ship to canada
i built mine for a little under a grand
