Default Deleting Network Connections

Okay i've got a laptop from someone and they have some old network connections. I tried to delete them but they just say that it can't. This could be virus/spyware related but do you have to do something before you delete them or something?

Disabling them will not let them operate so that mean basically they won't work. thats means it dosn't matter.
