Default Deleting Deleted Files

What is the best program for permanently erasing files that you have already deleted from the recycle bin? There are so many programs that do this, but which one is the best?

I believe this program by cezo overwrites the old file, (the most secure way of deleting something), several times. This way you ensure that it cannot be recovered.

This is how all these programs work. If you have lots of data to clear you night want to consider a reformat.

There are only 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who can read binary, and those who can't.

East Tech Eraser seems to be a reliable program. It will erase data (even previously deleted data) beyond hardware recovery.
