Default Default browser

i was wondering if there is another way of setting your default browser.. i have already done:

tools--> internet options--> programs--> check to see if internet explorer is default browser..

the reason i ask this is because i was going to try mozilla firebird and i downloaded it.. but accidently i set that as the default browser.. i removed firebird and went back to you Interent Explorer.. but it still seems that many programs are trying to find firebird to open. for example., when there are links in messageboards, sometimes i click on them but nothing happens. i am also a fan of the amazing race and when i go on the website and try to see the "insider video" it does not open..

any help is appreciated.

Default Re: Default browser

Those options should be in the browser of your choices' options. In mozilla firefox (which you should be using :P) the option is on the general tab of options.

The best argument against evolution are creationists themselves. They prove that life is devolving rather than evolving.
