Default Default Bootup?

How do I stop everything from booting up on my computer, before the XP loading screen? Right now this Energy Saver screen with some things about my current IDE connections and bios settings appears, then my XP loads.. but how do I make it go right to XP?

EDIT: I resolved this issue.. thank you.
