Dedicating windows xp to gaming

Obviously not on this computer, but how can I dedicate windows XP to gaming completely? I want to know any steps to get all my processes down to the minimum so my games can use all of my RAM (again, not on this computer) Thanks alot guys

i know there are version of xp you can download that already have had them modified to dedicate the ram to gaming. just use your own license key to make it legal.

yeah, its actually for my computer. All Dell Inspiron 6400

Create another user. Log in as the new user and set up your hardware profiles for them. Then go to the services and disable what is not needed.

Be careful. If you kill the wrong ones you can lock yourself out.
