Default Dedicated server help

I'm behind a router, port forwarded 27015 to 192.168.1.102, my computer's IP. So done with that.. I get it running, I can join the game, add it to my xfire favorites list and the name comes up as how I set it in dedicated server etc..

Set the udp port to 27015, is that correct?
Should network be set to internet or lan? I'm connected to the router through a lan port..

Ok, so it turns out that the IP is 192.168.1.102:27015

I know I can't give that out to people to connect to, since there's millions of that IP, since it's a router. Do I somehow use my external IP or something? Help's appreciate
