Hey guys, I was just wondering what you guys thought.

I am deciding between
Acer Ferrari
and this Sony Vaio

what do you think?

THat Acer is what I would pick. Good video adapter, great processor and has XP Prp SP2. Plus the VAIO has the RAM SOLDERED on there!!!!!!! OMG, what are they thinking? I would say Acer.

I don't understand why they would solder one of their RAMs permanently on there? Have you ever heard of this? I find it strange. That's why I'm not picking the Vaio. Must be one of those Sony proprietary thing...they are known for that.

I belive they do it so that you don't go out and buy more ram from another different company, so that you keep the waranty, and so that you never look in the case and see the horrible parts and realize you got ripped off again.
