I'm not really sure on that one, i'm thinking the first one. But why not build yourself a Core 2 Duo machine?

I just said screw athlon, and built this..
What do you guys think?

CPU Intel Core 2 Duo Conroe E6600 2.4GHz FSB 1066, 4MB CPU
CPU Cooling Cooler Master M4AE7E1 Liquid Cooling System
Memory 1024MB DDR II 667 Memory 240 Pin (Major Brand) (512 x 2)
Motherboard ASUS P5N SLI Motherboard
Hard Drive 1 Maxtor 300GB 7200RPM 16MB Cache Serial ATA II
Optical Drive 1 LG 18X DVD RW +- Dual Layer
SLI Video eVGA GeForce 7600GT KO PCI-E 256MB TV-Out DVI
SLI Video eVGA GeForce 7600GT KO PCI-E 256MB TV-Out DVI
Audio Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 24 Bit
Network Card Onboard Network Card
Case Apevia X-Plorer Case (black/red)
Neon Light Sunbeam Cold Cathod Neon Light (blue)
Power Supply 550 Watt Thame Star Dual Fan Power Supply
Warranty 1 Years Parts & 3 Years Labor Warranty

Right now, that would cost me $1,370.00 without tax, and shipping..
So with it all, around $1,480.00. Anything I should improve?
I don't have a lot of money to spend, I'm selling this computer for around $900..
And then I have some money left over to pay for this one.
What should I add/take away.
Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

What do you guys think? I'm on a budget of $1500.. or I can go a little over.
Is there something I should take out of the rig I built in my previous post (Not the original post, 1st one)
Or is there a better card I should go for instead of the 7600 GT and lose something else?
I use my computer for gaming mostly, but searching is something I do often aswell.
With listening to music obviously.

My advice is to save your money. Don't SLI those two 7600GTs. Get one of them, and that will be fine for a while. Then, when DX10 cards start becoming standard and stable, use your money you saved to buy a good one.

Get 2GB of RAM. It will help in the long run.

Well, the DX10's come out in Summer right? I can easily upgrade then.. from the 7600 GT's when their released, I just need a steady rig for a bit.. But after, I'll easily just get a DX10.
