i think viewsonic has a policy that if 7 or more pixels are dead on arrival, then its a right away exchange, so i dont know how much luck you'll have, id suggest going through the store/website you bought it from instead of viewsonic.

That sucks though. If you can notice those two dead pixels, I feel the manufacturers should grant the customers the right to a replacement.
