Question Damaged Disks

I have adobe cs3 on my old computer and have been given a new computer recently. I went to put cs3 on my new machine only to find that my son got a hold of the software and if the disk is not gouged its cracked or broken. Is there any way to get the information off my old machine and create new disks or am I stuck having to buy a replacement?

TIA

Chris
