Default Dads computer won't start

The first thing I tried was changing the psu, but that didnt rectify the problem. However prior to the system completely switching off. The computer used to come on and then switch itself off. Any ideas?

Could be a number of things.
What are your system specs?

Could be for instance, that maybe the motherboard isn't held to the case properly, and so its touching metal, causing it to short out.

Did you have any beep errors, blue screens, did you run an AV scan to check for a virus?
