I just downlaoded it and tested it out and i didnt see any diffrence in boot time or shutdown

Did you run the boot file rearrange and optimize and defrag in the memory and files menu? Then reboot.

Yep did all that it might have been faster but i couldnt tell, pluse my boots are always pretty quick they dont drag out too long.

when i click defrag boot files, i dont see it doing anything

are there any side effects to this? such as being forced to load stuff later instead of in boot sequence?
