Talking Customizing XP Color Schemes?

Is there a program out there that will let me change colors of taskbar and stuff with XP, so I can have more than Blue, Silver, and Olive Green?

Im not looking for something like window blinds or anything, just a simple addon. Thanks!

so will this give me the option to keep the XP style, but just change the colors? Because I want to keep the Luna style.
