Default customized win xp home?

i was just wonderin how to do that^^^. i have heard of things like windows blinds and stuff like that but you need a buy a program to run them. i really dont feel like payin. but is there any free legal way to do it?

u don't have to pay for windows blinds. Though u can only get like the trial version for free, but it doesn't expire, it just doesn't have all the features.

Yes, there are virtually an unlimited amount on WinCustomize ... amazing really, but WindowBlinds is still very usable, although some people complain that it slows down their computer, i've used it and have never had anything like that happen to me
You should also try something like Serious Samurize or maybe even ObjectDock, both customise and show stuff about your computer
