Custom Gaming account

I have 2 seperat accounts on my pc,one for Multimedia and one for gaming,the gaming one has specifically configured for gaming i have:

Disabled all visual affects
Disabled All Startup programs exept,ATI Catalyst Control panel,Speed fan,Fast stone Virtual drive
Disabled all unused Services


Is there anything else i can do to increase Performance??

One thing i usually do is adjust for best performance

my computer/properties/advanced/*performace*settings
radio button *adjust for best performance*/ Apply/ok
