I'd go for a faster processor if you could... I beleive those use the older 7-- socket not the 939 pin socket which has some much better features.
CD Burner, I'd get an NEC. They have good prices and seem to be great quality. Besides, the Sony's are problably just relabled LiteOn's. If you really want a Sony, just get a LiteOn and save some money.
Harddrive, I'd go with seagate for reliablity, or western digital for speed.
Others here can help you with video cards, I don't know what's the best one anymore...
