hey guys,

I'm going to build a pc and I could use some help.
I just wanted to know if these are good for a basic gaming pc.

Intel® Core™ i3-4130, 3,4 GHz 1150 processor (dual core)

MSI B85-G43 Gaming, socket 1150 motherboard

MSI N650-2GD5/OC, graphics card

also, I'm planning to upgrade some parts in the future

I would go amd with that build you can get more bang for you buck at that low of a budget

CPU: AMD ATHLON II X4 740 (3.2 ghz quad)

GPU: MSI N650-2GD5/OC (still the same, 2gb)

Motherboard: ASUS F2A55



by the way, can I connect my monitor with hdmi to the GPU insteed of the motherboard?

agree with Rowcon.
I'll say that that GPU is very low end. It's a last generation low end gaming card. It's a dying card sense the 950 are coming out early next year.

I'm thinking of playing games like world of tanks and warthunder, some battlefield too. I'll upgrade my gpu later, I just need one for the first few months.

Personally I'm more of an NVIDIA fan so I'd go with the GTX750

I'm still running a GTX570 I've had for ages, started having to play new games on half-settings now, not much fun, but I don't have the wedge to drop on a newer one!
