Well hey guys i am running about 120-60 fps on counter strike source but it seems like i lag with that fps i want it to be smooth with no config file my computer spec

Intel core 2 4400
7600gt
1gig ddr2 ram
MOB is some S seires

you are having issues with ping, not with the fps.
So it's something to do with either the server or your internet connection.
Try choosing a server that has good ping. For example if you live in the USA and try to play on a server that is in europe the ping will most likely be 100+.

Well just to let you know i know what severs im joing and my ping is find i just find that my game lags for some reason
