Default CSNW ? Windows logon ! help plz !

My computer usually has the easy-switch user thing enabled, were, the welcome screen is that one listing users, and you simply just click and type password, and, enabling swich usering. Now, its disabled, and i cant enable it, when i try to enable, it says. Client Service for Netware needs 2 b un-installed to active easy swtiching, but, i dont know how 2 delete it or uninstall it, dunno wat it even is . Its icon its found in the control panel, but no option to delete, wen i double klick, it goes, software has not been started... argh, someone help

im scanning my comp for any programs such as that so far, cuz im not the only one that uses this computer
