Default CS:S Boot problem! Help!

When I boot it up I just get the background and no writing. The whole thing seems to freeze. I cant minimize or exit back to windows...

Any ideas?

For the next week i think we should make this a sticky because i belive this update did this to everybody.

I had problems getting it to minamize but i hit my sleep button on my keyboard and when i took it out of sleep it was minamized.
