creen is weird when i scroll down

sounds like you have bad video drivers. I see that all the time after clean installs. Update your video drivers and see if that helps.

No, you just need to change your refresh rate. If you have XP, go into the display control panel (right click on your desktop>properties) and go to monitor settings, then go to the advanced section...

now set the refresh rate to a higher frequency.

If you can't do that, you'll need to update, or even install your drivers. What card do you have?

well it is working now
my card is a msi 8500 gt

I think its probably the fact the drivers haven't been installed past the ones you get when you first start Windows up.
