Angry Crap!!!

I just got a Prolink, PixelView PlayTV MPEG 2, tv, radio, capture card. When i try to install the drivers i get a message that says

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not sutable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'close' to terminate the application.

Why is this, and can i fix it, coz i really want to use this card. I am running XP and it says it is XP compatible.

I have no clue why it's trying to load that file. Perhaps try to find other drivers online?
