OK I have never OC'd my computer before and have never used CPU Z before but have seen a lot of screenshots of it...
So here is my question I downloaded it and was going to give OCing a shot but when I run CPU Z it is saying in the specifications that AMD processor is Unknown and in the Core speed it is saying 800 MHz... but it jumps around the multiplier from 4 to 8 to 10 and is going from sometimes 800 MHz to 1600 MHZ or 2000 MHz... Is there a reason for this and why is it not recognizing my processor model at all...Its weird because it has the AMD Phenom II symbol in the top right of the CPU window....
My board came with an OCing software called T-Utility overclock III but I haven't used it yet...
I have an AMD Phenom II 920 and Biostar 790G board
