here is my CPU-Z I feel that My ram is not running on 800Mhz, but My friend tells me I am becuz I am running on a dual core so everything is X2. so 400Mhz X 2 = 800Mhz

And also My Bus speed seems a bit low. Can some of you tell me what your bus speed is. Also my memory frequency looks weird. Does anyone have the same problem?

Your RAM is only running at 746mhz because it is (373x2) To get it to run at the rated speed, you will need to change your processor multiplier to 12 and run a high bus speed. Run the bus speed at 220 to achieve 2.6Ghz. Then your RAM should run at 440Mhz or 880Mhz effective. A little bit over what your RAM is rated for, but it should be okay.
