That one there. Basically, its saying the amount in bytes, though you have about 200mb free rounded up to the nearest 10.
This should give you enough to run any programs and so, it can't be the memory giving you issues. Basically with any memory amount you have, Windows will always manage to sneak about 1/2 of it away from you
Its tricky like that.

AVG Free Anitvirus is good and shouldn't give issues. I don't know how good it is with resources though.
Have you tried lowering the amount of priority it has over the CPU?
