CPU Usage ?????

i turned my computer on the other day and everything was missing, it sent everything to the documents and settings / app data folder.
my pc lags really bad and is always at 100% cpu usage , the system idle process is always in the high 90's, any idea's ppl ?

Just get it out of those folders. If thats what probally caused them.

The less in that folder the better.
