Default cpu upgrade question

I have a hp Pavilion 7935 desktop with an AMD 1.3Ghz processor ( i think it is a thunderbird or thunderbolt i tried looking it up cant find it) but my question is are there a upgrade processor that i can put in it. It has an ASUS A7V-VM mobo in it. I just need a little more speed out of it .

I had a quick google, i think its best that you buy a new motherboard and cpu, or buy a pre-built pc, dell do some pretty good deals.

Processor Socket Type - Socket-A (PGA462)

Processor Family - Duron, Athlon, AthlonXP

Processor Front Side Bus Frequency - 200/266 MHz

These are the specs for upgrading your CPU.

And the best I believe you can do is the 'Athlon MP 2800+' with out modding anything.
and I just did a quick Google search.
Asus M4A88T-M/USB3<>PhenomII X4 965e<>Asus ENGTX460
Seagate 320GB/1TB<>Win7 Ulti 64Bit<>Antec900
SyncMaster 2220WM<>HyperX 16gb<>Cooler Master 600W
