Default Cpu temperature and load increases

when i connect to the internet and downloading sumthing or just browsing my cpu core temperature rises to abt 70-80 C and cpu load becomes 100%.........i use AIDA64 to monitor my cpu performance.........this problem has started since in installed my new gpu, its a zotac nvidia 9800gt.......my cpu is intel core 2 duo
E7300.....PLZ HELP

My E7500 at stock speeds will max at 76C, I might suggest upgrading to the Zalman 9XXX series copper heatsinks.

or just dust out your system and ensure that there is adequate air flow through the case. The main issue here is that you added a new GPU to the system, which I'm assuming runs hotter than the old GPU, so you've introduced a new heat source in the case, and if you don't have adequate ventilation, you've created more problems for other components (namely, the CPU) in the system.
