Yeah, as long as it fits on the 775 board, it will work for you. Also invest in some good thermal paste. Arctic Silver 5 is the best out there.

For that fact, You may just need to re-apply the thermal compound that is on your computer.

Yeah, be sure to put the paste on, you wouldn't want your CPU to fry just when you get the brand new heatsink.

Make sure that you put on the thermal paste right, For pentium 4s you just put a little rice sized dab of it in the middle of the processor.
