Default cpu temperature?

my cpu is constantly running at around 40 to 41 degrees celcius, and about 48 degrees celsius when under load.
is that normal?
(specs in sig)
thanks in advance

Max safe temp for K8 is around 70c. Don't be afraid about going right up to that level, your CPU will not be in danger.

K9 never really existed. The 64 X2 is still K8.
