I have the Q9550 with stock fan and sink, I do not OC. Normal temp while surfing the net is about 59C to 61C. I play Eve Online with two clients and the temp hits 70C to 72C do I need to worry about this? Should I get an after market Fan and heat sink? If so what would you recommend? Thanks.

You are running a little high.
You shouldn't be going over 70 degress Celsius. Rather then going out and buying, make sure your fan and heatsink are properly installed on. (Make sure your fan is running )If it is, try reapplying thermal paste. Aftermarket fans and heatsinks only bring it down a couple degrees, so it will still be a little high. Try the first suggestions first. If this doesn't work, download Speedfan, and try to see at how many RPM's your fan is spinning at, if the temperatures are still high, try to speed up the RPM.

^ what he said
you can go to your bios and keep your cpu fan running at 100% and see if that cools it down also, check case ventilation and ambient temps

Those temps are high, even for an OEM cooler. Do you have adequate airflow through the case? You should have at least one intake fan up front and an exhaust fan in the back.
